TOOLS is targeted to disadvantaged, minority, women-owned or veteran business enterprises (D/M/W/VBE) who are currently operating a business. TOOLS build upon your experiences operating a construction business by utilizing an array of strategies and processes to prepare you to competitively bid on and administer construction projects offered by government, municipalities or private sector entities as either a prime or subcontractor.
