Focus: Blueprint Reading
Elizabeth has over twenty-five years of architectural and interior design experience ranging from major international and national complexes to modest projects which have limited budgets; from the public and corporate sector to the private client; from the multi-use business campus and prestigious institutional facility to the individual room design. Ms. Purdy has responsibility for the administration of design coordination and team and project management.
Chicago Public Schools; Prime. Architect of Record for over sixty public school projects under the
Capital Development MCR Program since 1998 to present. EC Purdy & Associates has had over sixty
repeat assignments from CPS from major masonry repair and exterior window replacement to roof
renovation projects to city wide exit door hardware replacement.

Focus: Responding to RFPs
Sergio’s professional experience has been in the Contract Compliance, Procurement, Supplier Diversity, Business Development, Community and Government Relations for the public, private, and non-for-profit sectors. He has successfully implemented and managed M/W/DBE, Small Business Development, Section 3, Target Market, EEO and Mentor Protégé programs, in addition to performing MWBE certifications for local, state and federal agencies.
Focus: Understanding QuickBooks
Alexander is an Accountant and Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor with 13 years of experience working for world recognized accounting and auditing firms including KPMG. He has also implemented QuickBooks in companies who wants to streamline their accounting processes and maintain accurate financial and operational reports.
Focus: Estimating and Take Offs
Rosmond has served in academia and in government and corporate. He was Adjunct Faculty Instructor for Triton College and United Contractors Association, UIC where he taught principles of project controls, estimating, project scheduling and project using Primavera and Microsoft Project software systems for over four years. He has had many jobs in the construction arena including having responsibility for managing and coordinating project deliverables, project oversight, stakeholder relationships and project reporting. His work included project closeout, commissioning, program/project schedule development and control.
• Established controls/schedule for the $1.5 billion commuter rail renovation program for the Chicago Transit Authority. Reporting systems were used by the five General Contractors and 30+ subcontractors
• Managed and commissioned, without litigation, a ten-building Cook County correctional facility in Illinois
• Managed construction of the Command Communications Center for the Chicago Transit Authority
