TOOLS is not for everybody.  The program is rigorous and requires time and energy commitment.  The following basic participation criteria is required:

• In business for at least two years

• Generating at least $150,000 in revenue annually

 

The first step is the completion of the Participant Interest Questionnaire (PIQ) found below.   This questionnaire will determine if you will be invited to submit the Business Qualifying Form (BQF).

 

The Business Qualifying Form (BQF) is our program application and will only  be sent to firms who have met the basic qualifications presented on the PIQ.   The BQF will be evaluated to determine whether your firm will be accepted in the program.  There is a $100 BQF fee that is required with the submission of the BQF.   If you are not accepted into the program, this fee will be refunded.  If accepted, the fee is non-refundable.

Each firm must also complete the Participant Commitment Form

There are NO other participation fees.
